About the Commercial Litigation Section
The Commercial Litigation Section, NCAJ's newest Section, is an invaluable resource to any North Carolina Advocates for Justice member who has cases involving business.

The Commercial Litigation Section was created to serve members who are involved in cases which have a business v. business scope -- small v. big or big v. bigger! The focus of the Section will be to provide quality CLE and networking opportunities for Section members statewide, as well as advocacy, on behalf of Section members, with the state business court system.
